Business and acceptance

Listing Desk Co. is operated by BenOfficial Productions, LLC, an Illinois limited liability company. By purchasing or using a Listing Desk Co. product or service, you acknowledge the applicable product description, price, included scope, delivery method, license, refund and cancellation terms, disclaimers, and privacy policy.

License

Your purchase grants you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use and modify the files for your own real estate business. Unless an order states otherwise, one purchase covers one individual real estate professional and that professional’s directly supporting assistant or coordinator.

You may duplicate and modify the files for your listings and share completed, listing-specific materials with appropriate clients and transaction participants. You may not resell, sublicense, publish, distribute, give away, or share the master templates; use them to create a competing template product, membership, course, or service; or use them unlawfully.

Customization services

Customized and Concierge packages are paid in full at checkout. Work begins after cleared payment, receipt of complete onboarding materials, and confirmation of scope. Standard customization includes one consolidated revision round submitted within seven calendar days after proof delivery. Material redesigns, new templates, extensive rewriting, software implementation, data migration, legal drafting, compliance review, or work outside the confirmed scope require a separate written quote.

The estimated 7–10-business-day delivery schedule begins after complete onboarding materials are received. Delayed materials, feedback, scope changes, technical issues, or events outside reasonable control may extend delivery.

Professional-use disclaimer

Listing Desk Co. products provide organizational and communication support. They are not legal, tax, accounting, lending, title, insurance, appraisal, inspection, cybersecurity, MLS, brokerage, fair-housing, or regulatory advice. They do not replace contracts, disclosures, brokerage forms, MLS forms, professional judgment, client authorization, or review by qualified professionals.

You are responsible for verifying property facts, dates, calculations, claims, links, recipients, permissions, contractual deadlines, and compliance requirements before using the materials.

Intellectual property

Listing Desk Co. and its licensors retain ownership of the original templates, structure, branding, documentation, and other intellectual property. Customer-provided logos, text, and brand assets remain the property of the customer or their respective owners.
